How long will delivery take?

As soon as the full amount reflects in our bank account and your stock is on hand, your products will be dispatched for delivery. Delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days from dispatch depending on the courier terms and conditions and the destination. Our shipping times do sometimes vary. Should you require overnight delivery you are welcome to contact us

Does free delivery include insurance?

Standard economy service shipping rate will be offered for free. Insurance will cover R1000.00 per parcel

Does your products come with a warranty?

Most of our Products have a 1 year warranty on manufacturing faults. If the product was used for its intended purpose and design and in accordance with the product’s instructions and/or user manual and is found by the customer to be faulty, Sunglasses 4 U will liaise with the supplier on behalf of the customer in terms of replacement, warranty or repair depending on the terms and conditions of the suppliers return policies. It is important to keep all cases and boxes as well as warranty slip for warranty purposes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We make use of Payfast as our secure online payment option. Clients are also welcome to pay via EFT. Please note that we will only process your order once the full amount reflects in our bank account. Please use the relevant order numbers as per your recipient’s reference to avoid any delays. Proof of payment may be sent to orders@sunglasses4u.co.za

Is it possible to request a special order?

You are more than welcome to place a special order. Should you approve our quote we require a 50% non – refundable deposit before ordering the product. Please note that special orders can take up to 6 – 8 weeks to ship from a supplier.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently we only deliver to South Africa

Can I visit your store?
